I completed a bachelor of Science Occupational Therapy at Edith Cowan University in 2016. Through continued research and studies I have gained valuable knowledge and experience in ergonomics, soft tissue therapy, injury prevention and pain management.
I have a keen interest in natural pain management, injury prevention, recovery and enhancing athletic performance. I have experience treating clients from all walks of life including crossfitters, F45 goers, tradespeople, corporate and education sectors.
I have a very caring and compassionate nature, and enjoy working with a wide variety of clients to enhance their overall health and well being by tailoring treatments specific to their needs.
